Gearing up the market for pre-selling membership is a critical phase to the success of any project.  During this time we are planning the marketing approach, direct mail pieces, physician education, physician patient marketing and other techniques to pre-sell the maximum number of memberships possible.

Operations Platform Development 
 
VisionBridge delivers proven operating protocols and support materials to staff and set up a new facility. Operating manuals and processes have been developed to ensure that facility operates according to standards established by the Medical Fitness Association 

 

Equipment Selection

 

Working strategically with our partner Technogym, VisionBridge will select the appropriate equipment based on the needs of the community identified in the completed Demand Analysis.

 

Marketing Campaign Development 

 

In order to establish a strong marketing and sales foundation,VisionBridge will utilize  a retail-based marketing approach with an outreach strategy of both inbound marketing and traditional advertising. Campaigns will be structured to target community members who most need the program as well as physicians and other medical providers. Targeting special populations, teens, and baby- boomers as well as physicians who will be encouraged to refer their patients, VisionBridge will  design and execute campaigns to generate and sustain membership growth throughout the presale period and Grand Opening. 

 

Technological Infrastructure

 

Working with our club management software partner ABC Financial, VisionBridge will set up the Center’s technological infrastructure and the coordination between the ABC Financial software and the Technogym Wellness System™. Additionally, VisionBridge can coordinate and manage the installation and integration of other supported operating systems with Technogym and ABC Financial when needed. 

 

Membership Presale

 

The presale period is a crucial brand building time and VisionBridge will work with your team to develop your unique selling position and build the sales platform with a seamless integration to marketing. We can help with with pricing strategies, sales training and coaching, sales systems and tracking and new member onboarding programs. Setting a strong financial foundation for the facility is key and our proven presale strategy and process happens before you ever open the doors for the first workout! 

 

Facility Soft Opening

 

Open to a select segment of the market to evaluate and “test-run” all systems, equipment and processes, VisionBridge will manage all associated activities.

 

Grand Opening

 

Once complete, the Grand Opening showcases the new Center to the community!
