Rick Caro is the President of Management Vision, Inc. He is a well-known 35-year veteran of the health and fitness industry. He was the Founder, Past President and Director of IHRSA (International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association), the trade association of over 8,500 clubs in over 70 countries. He also served as former Chairman of Spectrum Clubs, Inc. and was the previous owner of an eight-club organization of multi-sport clubs in the Northeast U.S.


Over the past six years, Mr. Caro has consulted to over 1,500 health and fitness facilities. He is a frequent writer and lecturer at industry events and is the author of Financial Management, a book targeted for the health and fitness industry. He has received numerous awards including the industry’s Person of the Year, Distinguished Service Award, and the industry’s VIP award. Mr. Caro received an MBA degree with Distinction from New York University, and he served as its Assistant Dean and faculty member at the age of 23. He worked as a researcher in advertising, and as a management expert to correct problems for a New York government agency. For over 30 years, he has been an active volunteer and public servant.
